Wet Mix Macadam Plant

All wet mix macadam plants produced by KDI have a strong structure and high quality precision. To meet the various needs of our customers, KDI Pvt Ltd.’s plants can be customized from 100 TPH to 200 TPH as per construction requirements. We also offer cement stabilization systems (CTAB) and other accessories for wet mixing macadam equipment to meet different projects and customer requirements.

1) WET MIX MACADAM PLANTS STANDARD COMPONENTS
Pug Mill (Mixing Unit) – Heavy duty low speed Pug mill type mixer with cast steel blades, replaceable and adjustable Ni-Hard nozzles and replaceable Ni-Hard Liner plates. The dual-axis KDI punch mill design enables fast, continuous and uniform mixing of aggregates and additives. The shafts are mounted on heavy-duty anti-friction bearings for smooth operation and longer service life.
Four Bin Feeder – The bins manufactured at KDI Pvt Ltd. are fully welded and modular in structure. This allows the builder the flexibility to add more containers to meet growing needs. With the help of steep tank walls and valley angels, the filling materials fly freely from the feeders. This helps reduce material sticking in corners and bridging due to sticky aggregates. The included reservoirs and flexible calibrated ports and variable feeders work together to provide perfect ratio control, increased flexibility and operational precision.
Paddle arms and Tips – KDI pug Mill unit have heavy duty Paddle arms and tips to achieve a consistent blend, especially with Ni hard tips. This minimal wear and tear results in economical operating costs for the Wet Mix Macadam plant.
